.................................................................................okay, I guess I've left you in suspense long enough....Not only am I married to a hillbilly (yes, he will agree to that statement), but I am going to a nascar race this weekend.  Yes, you read that correctly.  Me, little ole' Autumn, is going to a Nascar race.  I know nothing of this sort of stuff.  I am totally going out of my comfort zone that is for sure.  I have no idea what I have gotten myself into, but my husband goes every year and has for years.  Well, this year he thought that it would be a great birthday present for CX, to take him.  I thought that that meant the boys bonding....but I was mistaken.  I am sure that I will have fun and will have a memory to last me a lifetime, but I am so nervous about going.  Am I flipping insane?!!?  I don't even know any of the drivers names, at least when it comes to baseball I know the athletes names....especially Matt Holliday, Yadier Molina and Chris Carpenter.  But racing, I don't really understand....I know that there isn't much to understand besides they race laps around a track, but other than that, I know zippo!!!  But my baby boy, Yes, I can still get away with calling him that (I am his mother!), really enjoys watching it and is excited to go, so I will step out of my security area and take a leap with my husband and CX.  Lil' Sis is staying with my MIL while we are going so she will be spoiled rotten while we are gone, but that is alright.  They need a little one on one time with their grandparents every now and then.  So....that is what is on my mind right now, at 1:30 in the morning.....hopefully I can sleep on the drive tomorrow, better remember to bring my ear buds for the drive.  I'll keep you posted.

Also, we had a few birthdays these past few weeks.  I am going to post on those, just been really busy and now am leaving for the weekend.  I know, excuses, excuses!
